Voters in Almond to determine proposition dealing with Town Clerk and Tax Collector

When Almond voters head to the polls next month, they’ll be voting on a resolution adopted over the summer by the Town Board. Residents will decide whether the positions of Town Clerk and Tax Collector should be changed from elected to appointed position. It’s a proposition that will be placed on the ballot during the General Election on November 5th.
