NY State Police Blotter

10/9/19 10:20 pm-During a traffic stop on State Route 417 in Wellsville, state police arrested 49-year-old Jerry L. Dalton of Bolivar. He was charged with driving while intoxicated, having a BAC above .08%, speeding and three other traffic infractions. Court action is pending.
